Accommodations

On-campus accommodations are available from the beginning of June through the end of July with special rates available to summer conference groups. Guests may stay in one of our residence hall complexes on campus. Residence hall floor plans range from traditional hall-bath layout to the more modern cluster or suite-bath layout and apartment style. All residence halls are smoke-free.

This certification highlights the Office of Conference and Event Services’ dedication to providing seamless planning experiences, with streamlined processes mirroring those of leading convention facilities and upscale hotels. Through meticulous documentation and client testimonials, the CES team has demonstrated adherence to One-Stop Shop principles, setting a new standard in collegiate event management.

Certification assures all parties offer the following:

One contract that covers all services the planner will receive from the university
